CSTC works with an international portfolio of clients from both the public and private sector. These companies include start-ups, blue chip multinationals, government research laboratories and universities.
We work with commercial organisations to help them develop and exploit new areas of technology with which we are familiar. We also work closely with universities and other academic organisations and help facilitate the commercialisation of their know-how. This can be from the identification of exploitable know-how, through the process of appropriate protection such as patents, copyright, trade marks or design registration to subsequent commercialisation. This can be achieved through a variety of ends such as trade sale, licensing or the creation of spin-out companies. It is our aim to maximise the return for our clients on their know-how by following the most appropriate exploitation route.
