CSTC is based in Cambridge, UK and provides a range of consulting and business development services in the science and technology sectors. We have expertise in a broad range of technology disciplines and their exploitation.
CSTC works with clients and partners to develop and commercialise emerging technology. Our objective is to stimulate and nurture start-up, licensing and growth opportunities by providing a comprehensive range of technology transfer services through partnerships with funding bodies. CSTC is experienced in all areas of obtaining appropriate investment and funding for clients including grants (e.g. DTI, EU, Darpa), angel and VC capital.

Founder's Biography
Dr S K Heeks is the founder and CEO of CSTC. He has over 20 years experience in senior technical and commercial roles in blue chip and high profile technology start-ups. He is experienced in commercialising new technology and managing large, complex, pan-global technical programs with multi-disciplinary teams. He has over 40 patents granted and pending worldwide in the area of high technology. He won the Royal Academy of Engineering MacRobert Gold Medal in 2002, the UK’s largest and most prestigious engineering prize. He has extensive commercial experience in business development and licensing in Europe, USA and Asia and was part of a small commercial team that won the Delloite and Touché Fast 500 Award in 2002 for the highest placed UK Company.
